PartnerUniversity user management and incorrect organizational login

Hello!

I've started working 2 weeks ago, moving from Microsoft to an awesome partner in Israel and it seems that Parter University does not allow me to choose my organization, U-BTech Solutions LTD.

It does give me my dummy accounts when I was working in MS but I have disassociated myself from all of these organizations 2 weeks ago... I can choose from either 2 expired accounts or 2 Microsoft Dummy accounts (All_Silver & All_Gold).

Any ideas behind this?

Of course I have tried all the basics using InPrivate, different browser, clearing cache and such...

Hi dear Keren,

I've spoken with RSC as this was an urgent issue for the whole company and it has been resolved quiet easily, to be honest.

First, I had to grant access to "training administrator" for all employees who wanted access to Partner University via the privilege tool in PMC and then access the training, any training, from Partner Learning Path to have that WLID register in Partner University.

Not sure why its so complex on top of the fact it doesn't mention it anywhere.
