Partner Center Login Problem
I am having login problems trying to access the MPN. When I log in with my work account email@example.com, I get the message:
'You are currently signed in with a personal account, such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com. To access your benefits, please sign out of your personal account and then sign in with your work account— for example, firstname.lastname@example.org.'
When I click on 'View Account' I am shown the message:
'We looked but couldn't find your login (email@example.com) as a Microsoft partner. Please go directly to the Partner Center to join the Microsoft Partner Network.'
So if I try to join again, it says 'You’re using firstname.lastname@example.org with another Microsoft service already. To finish signing up for Partner Center, sign in with your existing password.'
If I continue, and try to register again (using my company's DUNS), then I am given an error against the company name saying 'This name already exists in the system. Please change the name or contact Microsoft support'.
In order to contact support, I need to login. I feel like this is all a catch-22?
