Partner Center - Automatic CSP Partner Option
I would like to confrm if it is possible to automacally assign opportunities to CSP partners through Partner Center. I wanted to confirm that because I received that information but that hasn't been mentioned in any of the trainings about Partner Center.

Hi @Anonymous, referrals or leads are assigned to partners through customer searches via "Find a Partner" https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/solution-providers/search or through WWIS/FastTrack. Either way the partner logs into partner center to view the referral and accept or decline.

Thank you for your answers, @Anonymous and @Anonymous . I know that we have several options to create referrals from Partner Center (choosing the customer's prefered partner, recommend or choose with the customer up to 3 partners or create an engagement so that the customer can choose the partner offline). According to the other information I received, Partner Center is designed to automatically route referrals to CSP partners identified in the system, this means that the customer's contact details could be automatically sent to a partner from the system and it wouldn't be necessary to choose partners manually. I haven't heard of that functionality in any training so that's why I wanted to confirm if that information is correct.

I am not aware of any automted functionality for sending customer contact details directly to partners. Providing customers with the choice of partners based on their criteria, and transparency in assignment of referrals are guiding principles of the Referrals functionality in Partner center. If you want to email me directly with the details of the "other information" you received that is contrary to this I will happily investigate.
