Not Synced

Hi All,

Our customer has  listed us as their "partner of record" while billing through the link that we have sent them. However, we are not able to see the status in our account.

What exactly do you mean with "not seeing their status" - are they not listed as Customer in Partner Center at all? 

Also, are you talking about Partner of record like "DPOR" and customer has obtained licenses directly from MS or via Volume licensing - or have you send the CSP reseller relationship and they are getting licenses via you as CSP partner?
