Nolonger receiving partner benefits or statements or earnings
We are Microsoft online resellers and have been for many years.
We stopped receiving our reseller benefits payments after August last year. Although new sales are appearing in our partner portal, no new enbtries are appearing in our statement of earnings. We would normally expect to earn around £700 per annum.
I have tried emailing email@example.com and also a SureStep cloud partner a couple of times, but neither have responded.
Can anyone advise who I should contactto excalate this issue?
I'm probably not posting this in the correct community area, but I couldn't navigate to the Support\Benefits area for some reason.
