Need to prevent desktop shortcuts showing for Server 2019 when new software is installed

Like to configure this with GPO if possible. Anytime an update or new app is installed it places a shortcut on the desktop. Would like to prevent this from happening.

This needs to be addressed with the respective app publisher, the shortcut is set by the respective setup program

Kind regards, Janosch

This doesn't need to be discussed with the app publisher. This only started with 2019 and it doesn't matter what software it is, always creates a new shortuct with an update to the software. I will post in the server section.
