Microsoft partner resell account verification

am now starting the process of verifying my Microsoft partner resell account, I heard that after verifying everything and fill the point where the red arrow is standing then I became an authorized partner, I want to ask a silly question 😅

am asking: after doing all of this will am be allowed to sell Microsoft products on eBay

As one of our partners and influencers @PerWerngren was mentioning in this thread Microsoft Partner Network email and communication ... - Microsoft Partner Community, is not a wise idea to sell licenses on eBay.
