Microsoft Partner Network cloud licensing: Microsoft 365 E3

Need some insights into MPN cloud licensing.  There are product licenses for Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft Office 365 E3 in our core benefits.

What's the difference between the two? Are these equivalent licenses that include Windows 10 Enterprise E3 or is Microsoft 365 E3 equivalent to Office 365 E3? Still trying to wrap my head around all of the licensing name changes from last year.

@chapmanbry M365E3 includes Office 365E3, Windows 10 E3 and EM+S E3 - in April the O365E3 and EM+S E3 benefits will be removed, and the new M365 package will replace those. Being logged in as Partner you can also access the licensing tables with info about those updates here: Internal Use Rights cloud and software benefit (microsoft.com)

In the Online Services Terms you can also find a comparison table in the appendix on what individual SKUs are added in which O365/M365 Suite.
