Can I please get some help in reaching Microsoft Credit Services? I've sent numerous emials to mscredit@microsoft.com, but that isn't working. I keep getting emails saying an invoice is due, that has already been paid. I also get emails asking what to do with a creidt we have on account, and state that the credit will be taken away. I've tried calling the phone number listed on the email (1-866-922-5136) only to find out that it has been disconnected!! Please help. TIA.
