Joining MPN stuck on 1st step email verification
I've been stuck in the registration process for more than 10 days because I was not receiving the code by mail in order to complete the enrollment.
I opened a ticket # 2106150040001729 but never got an answer and no one can be join by phone (voice recorded message invite me to go online to partner.microsoft.com/support which I already did). Fortunately I find the solution by myself and manage to complete the enrollment process.
Unfortunately since then (Monday) my account is under verification and is stuck on 1st step email verification.
I've checked all the recommandations on the link: https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/partner-center/verification-responses#what-is-verified-and-how-to-respond to make sure I was compliant with all the prerequisites (including making sure that domains microsoft.com& microsoftsupport.com are trusted domain).
Concerning email ownership this link says :
If you don't receive the email ownership verification email message within one business day, you can request the email is sent again. Go to your profile page for MPN or CSP and select Resend verification email. Be sure to flag email from Microsoft.com as a "safe" domain, and check Junk email folders. For further assistance, create a support ticket.
But when I click on the MPN link (https://partner.microsoft.com/pcv/accountsettings/connectedpartnerprofile) it is redirecting me to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/dashboard/account/v3/organization/legalinfo#csp and then to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/organization/legalinfo#mpn where I cannot find what is mentioned "Resend verification email"...
Just to double check I tried the CSP link (https://partner.microsoft.com/pcv/accountsettings/partnerprofile) and same problem it is redirected to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/organization/legalinfo#mpn as well...
I opened a new ticket # 2106240040000433 but again no answer and no update and no possibility to talk to someone...
I read here and there that some people are managing to chat with microsoft support representatives: would someone in the community be kind enough to give me the tip on how to get there?
Would anyone from Microsoft team be willing to have a look to my account and tell me why it is not moving forward at all?
One last thing: where can I see my opened ticket? Can I update it? Close it? etc.

We have the same issue, our company Waves Process Intelligence created a Microsoft developer account called *****
As primary contact, we are using our company info mail called ******** and also our phone number. We receive the verify account mail in the inbox of *******
We just follow the steps in the e-mail. Meaning clicking the link and logging in, we are then redirected to the dashboard page. However, our Microsoft developer account is stuck in e-mail verification. ( see screenshot )
This is already going on for days, and we would like to continue this process, so we can publish our application in the Microsoft store. Can we get any help? Also is someone else having the same issue?
Hope you can help. We've had the same problem for over a month now with a Partner setup failing Employment Verification even though i've submitted the required documents.
I've verified the email, provided D-U-N-S number, and all the details fully match the Company house registration information.

Yes, we created this microsoft developer account, to publish an application to the microsoft store. As primary contact account we added *****@*****.nl However, when I press the link to complete the email verification, it says the following: Error you do not have permissions to perform this action (see attached png). Therefore, we can not complete the Email verification.
