Indirect CSP Incentives - Financial Impact
Hi all, we have qualified for the silver competency for SMB Cloud Productivity.
Curious what other indirect CSP's have seen in terms of incentive metrics:
- % of total revenue
- % of licensing revenue
- any other metrics you look at
From review the documentation on incentive programs (at least for SMB), it is pretty clear MSFT would like us to focus on drivng profitability with higher margin professional services; however evaluating ROI for Competency and the above would be helpful.
