Improved Partner Awareness and Communication Regarding Promos/Product Changes/Discounts

Over the last decade+ of supporting MSFT, partners are left out of the know about many communications. Is there a way we can know before customers about a big launch such as the New Discounts on Meeting and calling experiences in Microsoft Teams? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2020/09/08/3-deals-meeting-calling-experiences-microsoft-teams/

 

Things like this launch all the time and partners are not aware. There was not an OpsCom on this or any communication letting your partners know this was coming. Makes your partners look incapable to customers.

 

If there is a location or resource we should use, please let us know. An OpsCom would have been great even if there needed to be an NDA on it.
