FEEDBACK - CPOR for SMB customer
When I first heard of the new CPOR incentive, I was really thrilled - we could finally have some credits for helping customers use M365 even if we don't sell the licenses.
I was really disapointed to see that almost every customer we have falls under the "extra small" category, so we won't have no incentives at all for the 15% threasold, and almost nothing for the 40%.
In Québec, Canada, the reality is not the same as in the US. 500 seats is a big customer for us!! We have a lot under 100 seats and I think Microsoft should do something to help us bring them in M365.
