DOPR, do I really need my customers Microsoft invoice to register the seats despite now being the DOPR?
This situation seems strange to me and I just want to know whether this is the norm.
I am registered as the DOPR for my customer, it shows up in the partner centre but I have no seats showing.
On speaking to support they said I need to ask my customer for their Microsoft invoices to prove that they have deployed the seats.
This seems madness to me. It's not something I want to ask my customer for and I struggle to understand why this information isn't already available to Microsoft/MPN as I have been successfully added as the DOPR.
Has anyone else experienced this?
