Company Acquisitions and Mergers

If we acquire another Microsoft Partner who is either a Direct or Indirect CSP provider; can that company continue to operate as a Direct or Indirect CSP partner without interrupting the acquiring companies Direct or Indirect CSP status?

@NGTEngineer : Yes, when doing a Partner Center merge, CSP is not affected, everybody will keep their current CSP status and customer will continue to be managed from the same Partner Center account/AzureAD tenant as before the merge.

Thank you. The documentation wasn't very clear on if you could continue to operate as both a CSP Direct and a CSP Indirect partner as part of the merger.
