Cannot add my E3 key licences after having renewed my action pack

Hello everyone,

 

After three years of action pack, I have decided to renew but every year the process to add Office365 (E3) key change.

Once connected in private mode to my office portal, in my subscription, I don't see any option to add or renew licences as it is said in your tuto.

 

My old licences has already expired and I have to renew them with the new ones very soon otherwise I will lose my (enterprise) data !

 

Please help me urgently

After a lot of research I found the correct way... 

You can find your key under MPN -> Benefits -> Azure & cloud. Copy the Key and head to https://signup.microsoft.com/productkeystart to redem the key and extend the subscription. (Sign in with the right account)
