After login on Partner Network no permissions or options available
I'm having problems with login on Partner Network.
When I go to manage the account, it shows this:
I tried to find how to open a ticket on support, without success.
There is no option to open tickets to me, there is no e-mail contact to get in touch with support.

I removed some of the content you posted to protect your PII.
Before submitting a case to frontline support, please reach out to the person assigned from your organization to be a Global Admin in partner center to advise on the correct username or help you reset the password.
Regarding support you can reach out to this page it should not ask you for log in credentials to access it:
