I like this! Great that we're recognizing this!

There are so many great female leaders out there and we all need to empower them to rise to the top of the ranks as it makes our organizations better and more in tune with the society that we want!

Microsoft is a great example of a company that provide equal opportunities and we need to see more of this happening across our industry! IAMCP plays an important role with the WIT initiative but we need to empower more women to become chapter leaders and take board seats on all levels! Btw - In the skiing association (one of Europe's largest) that I'm President for we make sure that we distribute board seats 50/50 between women and men.

Together we can make a difference!
