I'm also quite interested in it. I have searched a lot about this migration approach but unfortunately I didn't found anything consistent enough.

What kind of subscription? That'll play a big role in the response.

I don't have access to such a guide but a general word of advice is that nowadays we see more customer moving from EA to CSP than the opposite. Reason is that CSP is super-flexible and that will often result in lower costs over time compared to an EA for medium sized organizations.

Move from CSP to EA can be done by creating support ticket through EA Portal. It is same process as for PaYG migration to EA.
