What are side effects of suspending a Azure Subscription?
I have suspeneded the my CSP customer azure subscription. Want to know following things after suspension
1) Will Microsoft stop billing for that subscription? (or invoice will be generated with 0 amount ?)
2) What about the resources held under this subscription? If we activate it again does customer get same state which was before suspension? (like VMS, storage, public ips, nics, vpc)
3) Can customer see his resources in Read only mode after login to azure portal for suspended subscription?
4) Is any other side effect?

1) Billing will be stopped (Subscription/resources will not be included in the recon file for charge dates after the suspension )
2) If they are activated again within 90 days there will be no loss of data and no change in configuration - after 90 days it will be deleted.
3) Customer can log in and see what resources are provisioned and the configuration, so in fact a read - but the customer can not read, meaning not copy something from storage. So he wont be able to backup the data until the subscription is re-enabled.
4) other then the services can not be used, there are no other side effects.
