Please add Partner Center and Co-Sell to the list of available labels to select from when submitting topics to this forum. Feedback on the notification system for Co-Sell Referrals in Partner Center. Need more granularity. We are not utilizing the API. The co-sell referral process is managed centrally within our organization, so we need to be able to limit or properly designate the person(s) responsible, yet Partner Center doesn't provide us an option to do this making the co-selling process painful for our organization. How the system is set up, it sends a co-sell referral notice to ever person that was set up in the OCP catalog. We have not found a way to remove contacts from the OCP catalog even though we have escalated this matter to our PDM. We need to understand all notifications that are sent out via this system to ensure the right contacts are notified about incentives, billing, Azure MSP Expert renewals, co-sell referrals, leads, OCP migration to partner center, etc. We have individual responsible for different aspects of partner center/programs, and Microsoft has made it very difficult in understanding all notifications that are being sent out from this system and setting up the correct partner contacts for each. The co-sell notifications, in particular, go out to non-essential personnel which clogs up inboxes and generates unnecessary inquiries across our organization.

First...Partner Center is a label listed, yet when submitting a new topic, this system doesn't recognize it even though I was provided an option to subscribe to this label. If feedback is what Microsoft is looking for, please add Partner Center & Co Sell to your list of available labels. Submitting feedback on the Co-Sell Referral process within Partner Center. Microsoft is encouraging partners to create solutions and add to their OCP catalog and the Azure Marketplace (and migrate those solutions to PC) as well as have partners participate in the co-selling process. Microsoft states that co-sell is a collaborative engagement between Microsoft and their partner ecosystem. Through co-sell we are supposed to be able to help enrich opportunities with our solutions, yet all the co-sell referrals we are receiving are transaction based only. Some co-sell opportunities actually state in the notes "checking the box exercise, no action required." In addition, we've connected with one Microsoft seller that stated on the phone to our PDM and our field seller that the lead they submitted was just to check off a box. I also have an email from a Microsoft Manager indicating they will not hit their co-sell requirements if we don't accept their co-sell lead in partner center. I've also received an email from a specialists that stated they were directed to submit all licensing renewals as co-sell opportunities in Partner Center with no goal of strategizing with the partner to increase utilization or deploy M365 workloads, to increase Azure consumption and/or help customers migrate to Azure, or to discuss the partner solution attached to the co-sell opportunity. Clearly, the sales incentives for Microsoft sellers behind co-sell are not fostering the right selling behavior, and instead, creating busy work for partners.

Hi, We have been partners with Microsoft now for the last 3 years and have maintained multiple Gold Competencencies specially in Analytics space. I don't have a PDM assigned to our company and I am just lost in the big echo system of Microsoft Partnership. We do register the deals in Connect however have not been able to get a single referral from Microsoft. In the Partner Dashboard, Co-Sell area is disabled, I am not even able to add a new deal... How do I check if indeed I am co-sell ready? Who do I reach to? Any help will be appreciated.

I'm looking for a way to export all co-sell opportunities as Excel files like it was possible in the old Partner Sales Connect. Thanks to the support I have been made aware of the current export function via the Analyze section of Co-Sell. However only a certain part of the information is exported. Especially the information of the assigned team members is missing, because we always have to evaluate them. I can imagine that this is the case for several partners with large sales organizations and decentralized sales managers. Couldn't you provide an Excel export that contains all the information from the opportunity? This would certainly help many people who have to evaluate the data according to different aspects than Microsoft would like. Just as it was possible in Partner Sales Connect.
