Is it possible for an Indirect Reseller to use an integration sandbox?

Is it possible for an Indirect Reseller to use an integration sandbox? If so, how would one go about requesting access?

We recently started transitioning from being a Direct Partner to Indirect Reseller and have been invited to participate in the "Delegated Admin Privileges Monitoring in CSP Pilot" which requires an integration sandbox.

When we asked the Indirect Provider whether we could have access to an integration sandbox created by them but they confirmed that they can only create an integration sandbox for their own use (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/develop/indirect-provider-sandbox-capabilities).

I don't believe so. The Integration Sandbox was originally designed to test the commercial API's that Indirect CSP's don't have access to....
