Dynamics 365 Sales 5 free seats for Non Profit

Hi,

I have a new customer who is eligible to Microsoft Cloud for Non Profit. We bought different licenses but we are not able to get the 5 free Dynamics 365 Sales licenses as mentioned on this page.

To provide the 5 free Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition to the customer, you need to assign the following license to the customer:

Thanks for your answer but I cannot find the Sales Enterprise donation offer on the portal. Is there any prerequisite for that ?

Hi @fabson69 

You can either assign these licenses to the customer as a CSP partner or the customer can go to the Non-Profit Portal, where you can see how to activate the Non-Profit Benefits.

Thanks @ClaudioStallone , I can indeed assign those licenses as a CSP partner. They were not available on the Non-Profit portal.
