Can't access Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Support Apps
We redeemed 2 Dynamics 365 offers and assigned user licences, but we can't see the app anywhere - so can't access it. There's also no way to contact Dynamics 365 support, as we are asked for a Support Package, without which we can only use Online Assistant. How can we access the apps?
@natalido can you provide some additional detail about which program the offers/licenses are coming from?
@natalido - the best next step will be for them to submit a ticket here in our Support Center, and the support team will be in touch with the startup.
I actually did before posting here. The support replied it's not their domain, since I redeemed the licence successfully, so from their side, nothing to help me with.
I since managed to get support from Dynamics (almost 30 days later). However, I already cancelled Sales subscription and we started using a different CRM and Support solutions.
