ACTIVATION TIP: Microsoft for Startups AZURE Offer

As part of your membership in the Microsoft for Startups program, you received an Azure Sponsorship offer. To activate your sponsorship, choose one of the following options:

OPTION 1:

If you have an existing paid Azure subscription and want to apply your sponsorship credits to that subscription, submit a support ticket to avoid billing on your existing subscription.

OPTION 2:

If you don’t have an existing paid Azure subscription, you will need to accept and activate your offer to create a new subscription:

1. Log in to the Microsoft for Startups portal with the Microsoft Account ID that you used when registering for the program.
2. Go to the Offers tab.
3. Select the Activate Azure Offer link on the Azure tile.

Same for us, sent two support tickets (form is very unclear on what ID GUID etc should be) without any getting a response back.

Is it required to enter Payment information for startups who offer the azure offer?

Hi - could you let me know what kind of support request to submit? when I click on "Submit a support ticket" there are several options. I choose one and submitted a ticket, but the instructions could be more detailed. thank you!
