During this 1-week, intermediate-level implementation training, attendees will learn about everything they need to manage the life cycle of a project from project sales to invoicing and accounting for projects.
Participants will gain an understanding of Dynamics 365 Project Operations features, including Sales Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Work Management, Invoicing, and Project Accounting.
Through hands-on labs, they will learn how to install and configure an end-to-end Project Operations environment, including Dual-Write.
They will discuss solution architecture of Project Operations, emphasizing patterns for successful solution deployments.
And lastly, workshop participants will learn best practices for installing, configuring, and operating Project Operations as part of customer implementations.
Prerequisites
Important note: This training has specific prerequisites; you are responsible for completing them before the start to obtain the most benefits from your attendance. To make the most of this training it is highly recommended for attendees to complete the following courses on MS Learn prior to the session:
Attendees should have experience in and be familiar with:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and how they work.
- Understanding of project management concepts and processes.
- Customer organization requirements for marketing, sales, and/or customer service
