Hey,
we purchased the License, and added this to a tenant we already used before.
On this tenant we already purchased normal BC licenses.
We now see we have this additional license, but we still only have 1 production and 3 sandbox environments, so no new envrionements where added through this license.
Is this correct?
Rgds

Can you tell me if the pricing for Dynamics 365 Operations Application Partner Sandbox (USD650/month) is for up to 25 users (ie, anywhere from 1 - 25 users)?
Also is there an annual commitment or is it a month to month term?

Hi, I've recentely purchased a Partner Sandbox Licence for Business Central but the license was assigned to an existing Business Central environment and therefore it doesn't allow me to create new Sanboxes.
What is the process to solve this either by allowing new sandbox in the same tenant or changing the tenant where the license is assigned

@MiguelTiago I am not familiar with this at all, but it sounds like you may need to submit a support ticket for their help.
Tagging @DanDonohue @RachelP and @JanoschUlmer just in case any of them have more understanding about this than I do. They may not be the correct contacts but I have seen them post about "sandbox" previously. 🙂 Worth a shot? Thank all.

The sandbox is for any domain you are global admin for.
