"We have a ton of self-service marketing resources for partners that you can find here: this includes training/guidance, content for partners to customize and send to customers and services. If the partner is inquiring about Microsoft marketing services, you can send them here. This doesn’t mean that we provide funding for this (if they qualify for that, the partner will have an account manager and know about marketing funding), but any partner can use this service."
