Drew, unfortunately I do not have experience with Azure Bot service and language understanding. Is there some information you are looking for specifically?

Hi Silvia,

Azure Bot service and language understanding is available in Azure Roadmap. With Azure Archive Storage and blob-level tiering, Azure Cosmos DB Network Security-New IP Firewall Rule, they are the three main constituants of Azure Roadmap.You can easily find that on the following URL https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/roadmap/. The list of very interesting contents on this site cannot be exhaustive. You can subscribe and get started for free.

I was interested in finding an overview of its capabilities, including the languages it can currently work with.
