In a world where the customer is in the center and the data keeps growing in a non-stop rhythm, get to know your customer is of utmost importance to succeed in the business. The main challenge lies in the fact that the data normally resides in silos and to get a holistic view of your customer, those silos need to be coupled in a unified approach. This task normally isn’t easy to achieve and requires complex data skills that typically only IT can deliver.
Using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights we are giving tools to IT to easily create the customer 360-degree view at the same time that your business can take advantage of an easy and intuitive solution to create KPIs, measures and take insights from data to easily apply to the business.
Microsoft Partner Technical Architects in Western Europe are glad to invite you to the Customer Insights Journey. During this journey, you will:
- Learn how to pitch the value proposition and identify scenarios where Customer Insights would be the right tool for your customer’s needs.
- Get self-paced training with hands-on labs that goes from the basic concepts until the most advanced. During this period, we will provide office hours with several Partner Technical Architects across WE to support you.
- Finish the journey with a session on how to go to market with Customer Insights, learn how to showcase your skills by creating a consulting offer and its benefits.
The journey is divided into 5 stages:
