Hello @dnnsmsn, this training is free for partners who have a Silver or Gold active competency in Cloud Business Applications.  You can contact the MS PDM or PTS that is working with you or the responsible in your organization managing the relationship with MS. 
@drohead, @Jkosobucki, @Mike_Spink , please validate if you are in Silver or Gold level of competency.   There is an upcoming training in January.
