New NL customer story live: Humanitas DMH
With a network reach of more than 3,000 patients, healthcare provider Humanitas DMH is an essential institution for people with a mental disability or social behavioral needs in the Netherlands. Faced with an increasing need to digitize its operations, the organization recently decided to adopt Windows Virtual Desktop and Azure as a flexible digital support for its care team.
Carried out in a partnership between Microsoft and local Cloud Integrator Wortell, implementation was completed in January 2020. Humanitas employees can now access their core applications on their devices via a secure, cloud-based desktop environment. As it looks at further expanding its cloud capabilities in 2021, Humanitas is currently enjoying a range of benefits including enhanced security, reduced costs and increased flexibility.
