Thank you all for participating in our Virtual Inspire Community over the past two days. It has been fantastic to see you all networking and sharing your experience with us.
The judges had a hard time choosing the winners! We loved seeing your creative entries - from memes, to poetry.
Now the big announcement....
1st place: @bellmichael
(Surface Pro X, Surface Slim Pen, Keyboard and arc mouse accessories.)
2nd place: @abailey
(Surface Headphones)
Congratulations to you both!
Please contact us at InspireAdminAu@microsoft.com or private message me on the forum to claim your prize.
We hope you will all join us on the 20th August at our monthly Partner Connect, where we will be doing a debrief of Inspire and celebrating our winners!
Looking forward to seeing you all then.

You are sent to a desert island (with free, unlimited WiFi) and you can only take 3 pieces of
tech. Tell us what you would pack. (Bonus points for creativity):
1. Xbox
2. Laptop
3. Arduino as Azure IoT device

I haven't had the opportunity to attend MSFT inspire before in person, so I have considered these 48hours an absolute treat! After crushing it in FY20 by hitting 148% of our ACR number, we have a HUGE stretch target for this FY21. I'm excited to take back all that I have learned from the last two days and to get my team pumped with the new offers, updates and value adds that MSFT is coming to market with this year!
This is what I am feeling like after these two days... with a couple of sessions to go!
To all who I have met over the last 2 days here, please connect with me on Linkedin to continue our discussions! https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-w-bell/

What a great event.
I love the virtual event. I hope in the future all events are run in a hybrid mode (both remote and in-person options). It makes it so inclusive. Meeting lots of Partners and learning more than my brain can hold has been great.

Final Submission - A meme of how I'm feeling after two inspiring days!
Started early and have a jet-packed next few hours, so thought I'd get the meme posted a dash earlier than! It's been awesome and it's not over yet, but this is definitely how I'm feeling!
It's been great meeting and chatting with everyone on the forums, if anyone wants to get in touch after Inspire, feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn 😀

If I were sent to a desert island, I'd take with me:
Renewable energy technology - something has got to run that free unlimited wifi!
3D printing technology - to build a base on the desert island
The reality shifting, island moving tech from the Dharma Initiative on the Lost island - to make me forget the desert existed and move the island to better weather conditions!

Deserted Island! What would I pack?
1. The Surface Pro that I'm about to win 🤣
2. Solar powered generator with battery backup 😁
3. An expresso machine, I'm sure I can find coffee or some equivalent on the island!

Get your drink on!
I am triple fisting it today (with matching Microsoft brand colored mugs). My supply chain is running well and the coffee press is full. As I'm fully "buzzed", I dressed up for y'all on a pair of fabulous pumps to match my pajamas.

IF umbrellas/sunscreen 🌞 counted as "tech" I would be bringing them… because I wouldn’t last 1 day in a desert island with my glistening white skin from being indoors! But, if I got sent to the desert island, I would have to bring:
- Solar Power Panel to charge my devices.
- My mobile phone, as it gives me the flexibility to stay on this island and still “work from…home?” and stay connected to my family.
- Lastly, it would be a telescope, as I’m sure the stars you could see out there with no light pollution would be INSANE! 🔭🔭🔭

On a deserted Island I'ld take:
Microsoft Surface, got to stay in touch with the world and who better to provide that than Microsoft 🙂
Fitness tracker (Fitbit etc), need to stay accountable while isolated and consistently exercise
Hololens - Might as well bring people virtually to the island with me

Deserted Island! What would I pack?
1. Solar power + battery pack (one or cheeky two items?) to allow me to power the devices I bring!
2. A HoloLens! Here I can watch movies, play games, and hang out with friends not on the island!
3. A pizza oven - I assume there is food and fresh water on the island, but I loooove pizza. I can't risk the option of it not being there!
