We strive to create a partner ecosystem that is diverse and powerful - to fuel technology that is inclusive, trusted and creating a more equitable and sustainable world. 

What does this mean for our Microsoft partners? We’re working to showcase partner solutions that create more inclusive and sustainable impact for our communities, and to enhance representation for all partners. 

In this AMA, you’ll learn about the #BuildFor2030 campaign that highlights Microsoft partners whose technology solutions align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 

You’ll also learn about the Black and African American Partner Growth Initiative, designed to engage our Black and African American Microsoft Partners with better support by offering more relevant guidance and resources at Microsoft through the Microsoft Partner Network. 

We’ll bring this all together by demonstrating how you can build a solid marketing campaign for your solution through the Go-To-Market with Microsoft program.

Picture2.pngGena Goh is the Channel Inclusion and Impact Strategy Lead for the Microsoft One Commercial Partner business. She focuses on developing strategies that can enable partners to innovate and build solutions toward a more inclusive economy. Gena brings a unique blend in perspective, having worked in both the public and private sectors across international markets with expertise in ecosystem development, strategy and marketing.





Regina Johnson is the Partner Inclusive Growth Strategy Lead for the Microsoft 


One Commercial Partner 

business.  She leads strategy for the Black and African American Partner Growth Initiative, stemming from Satya’s commitment in June 2020 to address racial injustice.  The goal of the initiative is to increase representation within the U.S. partner community, enable inclusive economic impact, and genernate sustainable growth for Black and African American-owned tech companies.  Regina has a background in project management, strategic communications, and most recently collaborated with community stakeholders as they sought to develop equitable economic development solutions and expand access to capital for minority-owned businesses.  





Wendy Ditmore is Senior GTM Through-Channel & Solution Marketing Lead at Microsoft. She executes a framework, process, and set of Go-To-Market tools that help Microsoft and their partners expand partner solutions into new markets and new geographies. A master collaborator and product manager professional, Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Whitworth University, and an MBA in international business from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business. When not working, Wendy is always looking for opportunities to achieve by raising others up, doting on her family, and giving back to her community as an aspiring ally for young women in the tech industry.
