TietoEVRY's Well-Architected Cloud Skills Challenge
The Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework provides the guidance which is needed to design and implement well-architected and high-quality workloads on Azure. The Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework provides guidance across five pillars for implementing those high-quality workloads: Security, Cost Optimization, Performance Efficiency and Operational Excellence.
Together with Microsoft we set up at TietoEVRY a Cloud Skills Challenge consisting out of 44 modules. The challenge run for 6 weeks; ending 1st October 2021. The modules were carefully chosen to cover the skills and knowledge needed to execute Well-Architected Framework assessments and guide the customer in their cloud journey. We noticed that even consultants for which this is not their field of expertise, were eager to learn and participate in this challenge. The game was on!
Not only the gamified learning platform motivated the consultants to learn more about this topic and get higher on the score board, but also the interesting topics combined with practical exercises engaged everyone to participate.
This Cloud Skills Challenge was something which perfectly fitted in our TietoEVRY #NeverStopLearning mentality, and definitely something to repeat. It makes learning fun and encourages dialog around the topic.
