Earlier this fiscal year we identified an important need for our channel partners when looking for license support under the CSP program. Beginning this month, we are introducing the CSP Partner Licensing Concierge. This is a new global resource available to Indirect Providers, supporting the Dynamics 365 sales and OCP teams. CSP Partner Licensing Concierge provides a global, direct service to assist with the new licensing requirements for CSP transactions.
The Dynamics CSP Concierge will enhance agility for our partners responding to Customer demands across the Dynamics 365 and PowerApps Platform.
Program requirements:
- Applies to CSP transactions only
- All Partners can access the service via global yammer group and ask their questions
- Indirect Providers and Direct Providers can access the service via email
