Announcing an update to how customers and partners ask for eligibility and status check help
Since the retirement of the TSI Partner Support alias we’ve asked partners wanting to highlight eligibility issues on behalf of their nonprofit customers use the Nonprofit Operations alias instead. We are now able to offer partners the ability to use the TSI Contact Us page to log issues, raise questions, or seek escalation.
Unifying the routes will help us to better understand the kinds of issues that we are seeing raised, so that we can ultimately better prepare guidance for our partners as well as customers.
