Announcing an update to how customers and partners ask for eligibility and status check help

Beginning on February 15th, 2020, the former NPAsk contact alias is being retired and replaced with a new contact email address, TSIPSUPP@microsoft.com. The new TSIPSUPP alias is intended to help resolve Nonprofit questions for partners and their customers, provide additional resources whenever possible, as well as assist with customers nonprofit eligibility and status per Microsoft’s eligibility criteria. All questions will be responded to within 48 hours by our Partner Concierge team.
