Today, we’re excited to announce changes to our Microsoft Teams Rooms licensing model that will simplify the journey for your customers and accelerate adoption.
Customers are eagerly seeking solutions for their hybrid work and return-to-office challenges, and these changes will help ensure that we have the right offers to support their workplace needs.

Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro is offered at USD40 estimated retail price (ERP) per month and is available through all our purchasing channels:
- Enterprise Agreement
- Enterprise Agreement Subscription
- Enrollment for Education Solutions
- New commerce experience (NCE)/Modern—customer-led
- NCE/Modern—partner-led
- CSP
- Web Direct
The new Pro SKUs are:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro for EDU
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro for GCC
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro without Audio Conferencing
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro without Audio Conferencing for EDU
Teams Rooms Basic (zero dollar) SKU is available via Web Direct. The SKU can be enabled by acquiring a zero-dollar Teams Rooms Basic license and assigning it to the device via the customer’s Microsoft 365 Admin portal.
