This is the first in a series of webinars where Microsoft and the IAMCP share the opportunities for technical, sales and presales support for Microsoft partners.
Join us for an introduction to Advanced Support for Partners (ASfP) by Microsoft’s Partner Enablement team to hear how Microsoft continues to bring value to their partners with support offerings that prove to close deals faster with bigger values. This session will be offered twice so that you may choose between these dates/times, Thursday, January 26, and Tuesday, January 31.

The benefits of Technical Presales & Deployment (TP&D) services, as well as Advance Support for Partners (ASfP), will differentiate your business and allow you to invest more time in showing value to customers by:
offering fast-response problem resolution for Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online,
giving you access to a communication channel within Microsoft via Services Account Managers, and
providing you with access to early insights and information enabling up-to-date understanding of the latest innovations.

Rojbin Laleoglu is a Partner Success Account Manager in Microsoft’s CSS Partner Enablement team. She manages a portfolio of strategic, multi-national, and high potential cloud-based partners; helping them grow their business, build new capabilities, develop innovative solutions, and deliver customer experiences.
Matt Stallwood is a Microsoft EMEA Evangelist for Advanced Support for Partners in the CSS Partner Enabler who is passionate about Business Development and Retention of Microsoft Support Customers. His responsibilities include building key relationships and advocating Microsoft's support offerings to further customers' Digital Transformation with an extensive track record of managing and developing UK and Global Accounts across multiple industry verticals.
Paulo Ivas is the Partner Technical Consultant Manager for Microsoft’s CE&S Partner Enablement team. He supports the Technical Consultants team across EMEA, delivering Microsoft Cloud technical enablement across Microsoft Partners.
