Can you choose the device to receive incoming Teams calls on?
Just wondering if there is a way to choose the device you receive calls on. Eg if you have a desktop, a virtual machine an ipad and a phone all signed into teams an incoming call rings all the devices, but there is lag on the call ringing and sometimes one device doesn't even ring.
Ideal solution: being able to select the device I want to receive calls on.
Is there a way to just have the mobile app ring on the phone
I have customers with this scenario as well.

I agree with you and I think it's a good idea. Post the link back here and I'll vote it up for you.
Cheers,

The problem is not all devices ring at the exact same time, and sometimes some don't ring at all - due to power settings, sleep, recent activity, wifi or data signal etc
I have clients who want to just have it ring on the handset or desktop, not everything!
Ill submit a request - thanks.

Hi Jethro,
Teams will ring on all devices that account is signed into. You then choose on which device to answer the call. This is by design.
However you can submit a feature request at Teams User Voice. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/

@Jethro good day!
That is a good question!
I am not sure if anyone here has experienced that or found a solution.
You can look up this thread on the Tech Community .
Thanks
Andra
