Hi All,
"Join us in a session that will help you position Microsoft's Digital Contact Centre Platform capabilities and feel comfortable understanding how it works, how it is sold and how, you as Partners, can get skilled up.
This session will provide a high-level overview of Nuance's IVR, Biometric Authentication and Fraud Detection capabilities as well as showcasing some of the newer capabilities sitting within the Dynamics 365 application as well as providing some time for QnA."
